At TEMO, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TEMO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
